Home-School

According to the AR Division of Elementary & Secondary Education at the AR Board of Education, home-schooling in AR is considered to be a form of private education. For more information, please see For More Information

If you are a home-school graduate, to gain admission to the Professional Cosmetology Education Center, you will need to provide an official transcript of secondary school completion, or a state certification of home-school.  Remember, financial aid is available to those who qualify.

Non-US High School Graduates

This institution requires, for admission, prospective students to provide a United States high school diploma or transcript.

To properly evaluate students with educational backgrounds outside of the United States, we require foreign education credentials to be translated and certified equivalent to the United States.

This institution recognizes:

These evaluation businesses usually operate in three steps:

  1. Require the prospective student to contact and direct their school to send original document to the evaluating business.
  2. Have the prospective student pay approximately $90 online to the evaluating business; and,
  3. Direct the evaluating business to mail the certification and translation to our school:
